TRX Group Suspension Training Classes have come to BREAKTHRU! Experience the trend that is hitting the fitness industry full force beginning April 12th!
TRX training is a type of leveraged body weight training where every exercise you do challenges your core strength. Move in every plane of motion, as the body was designed to move, and improve your range of motion, functional strength, balance, and cardiovascular conditioning. Exercise intensities are easily modified to fit your level of fitness by simply adjusting your body positioning with guidance from a TRX certified personal trainer as they lead a group class.
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 PM at our Medford location!
