Women‘s Fitness Study

Are you a woman looking to get back into shape or have never exercised and would like to get started? Sign up for our next Women’s Fitness Study ! We are looking for women ages 35- 50 who have not recently been part of a regular exercise program to participate in our study of the health benefits of exercise and the body composition changes that come along with participating in a regular structured exercise program.
Our study will meet twice a week , 30minutes per session and will run for a three week period. All sessions will be planned and monitor by one of our fitness professional to ensure only the best instruction. So why waste time, start feeling healthier and looking better today ! What is BOOTCAMP??

What is it & Why should you do it?
Boot Camp is a three times a week, one hour in length, four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional guidance and team motivation. A new class is held every month.
Although training takes place in a team environment, you will receive a personalized fitness assessment, fitness guidance and nutritional coaching to help you reach your individual goals. All Boot Camp Classes are led by certified and experienced fitness professionals.

What you can expect
At Boot Camp, you can expect to increase your muscular strength while raising your metabolism. By following our unique "metabolic training" approach to fat loss, you will see faster results.
You can also expect to strengthen your "core" by following our functional program design.
You will have fun and be motivated to achieve all your fitness and fat loss results because you're joined by others who are achieving the same goals you want to achieve.
In summary, you will lose fat, gain shapely lean muscle tone, increase your cardiovascular fitness level, strengthen your "core" and achieve much higher energy levels all while having FUN.

What is the cost and how do I sign up?
Registration fee of $250 for 12 hours of instruction! That's only a little over $20 an hour!! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp.

What if I am not physically fit??
NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women & men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team. We meet you where you are and go from there!
Boot Camp A: M/W/F 6am
Boot Camp B: M/W 7:30pm, Sat 9am

Our professional staff creates programs, answer questions and guide you through your fitness programs. Fitness meetings (3) are complimentary with enrollment so that every member can have a personalized exercise program. This is especially helpful for first-timers who may not feel comfortable around exercise equipment. The trainers are also available for ongoing program updates and detailed fitness assessments. Our trainers are highly qualified, nationally certified trainers who oversee specialty programs for sports performance, post rehab, weight management, neurological disorders, cancer, osteoporosis, balance issues and more. (Choose either one on one, partner or group training!)

Our facility is small enough to give you personalized attention, yet large enough to house the most modern equipment available today. The unique design and layout of our center provides a comfortable atmosphere with all the amenities of an elite Health and Fitness facility.
