My experience at BREAKTHRU has been dynamic and life changing.  One moment does not due justice to the support, education, and motivation I have received working with Michelle during physical therapy, working with Tyler during the beginning of my training, and working with the terrific Keith Scott at Boot Camp.  I have made huge strides in both my physical and emotional health since starting with the BREAKTHRU team.

Team, a word that is both overused and undervalued.  The Team at BREAKTHRU always made me feel welcome, comfortable, and motivated to work as hard as I possibly could.  Their communication was evident during every step of my physical therapy and personal training.  Another word that describes the BREAKTHRU Team is genuine.  The staff is caring, understanding, and friendly.

 

I cannot define one moment as my BREAKTHRU moment, but there are several that were very memorable for me.  They include:

·         Holding a plank for 60 seconds

·         The first time I was able to work out two days in a row during physical therapy

·         Choosing healthy food without frustration

·         The end of my first boot camp (I didn’t throw up!)

·         The amazing rush with each successive boot camp, making progress each session

·         40 Push-ups!

·         Five and then six plates on the sled!

Lastly, I want to thank Keith Scott for providing the knowledge and motivation that makes me WANT to work out, and for redefining what a work out actually is.  I truly believe he is the main reason I am where I am today and is helping me take things to another level.

I am presently taking the “Lose Inches 101” class. I measured myself before starting the class on Nov. 16th. After participating in 6 classes over one month, I was pleasantly surprised to find my clothes fitting looser. My BREAKTHRU Moment came when I re-measured myself and found I had lost 2 inches on my hips! The class is hard work but well worth the sweat. You work at your own individual pace and Heather does a great job in modifying the exercises to fit any limitations!

I joined Breakthru 1 month ago at age 52. My goals were to get stronger and realize some weight loss. In that time frame I lost 9 pounds, reduced my BMI by one(1) full point, gained some muscle, lowered my bad cholesterol, raised my good cholesterol, and brought my blood pressure under control. These results were far beyond my expectations.
The exercise program that was designed for me allows me to maximize my workout, lose weight, gain strength, and minimize my risk of injury. I attribute my overwhelming success to the personal interest given me by the physical therapists as well as the personal trainers.

I would future describe my experiences with the staff as organized with a great deal of drive and dedication meeting a client’s needs and objectives.   They have shown on several occasions the ability to re prioritize work flow and there personal schedules to accomplish tasks that needed immediate attention.  Both are highly regarded qualities associated with any organization. Congratulations Breakthru.

In addition, staff members pose positive initiatives, which are seen as predictable, steady, and sound; all should be regarded as achievements within your organization. 

PS Not only have I lost pounds and inches - I have improved my golf swing.

I joined BREAKTHRU nearly two years based on the strong recommendation of my wife, Barbara. I had seen the positive results she had experienced with personal training from Keith Scott and I liked the personal atmosphere and convenience. I have been a member of several gyms and I can say with confidence that BREAKTHRU provides an outstanding overall fitness environment and has helped me achieve my goals. I have worked with Keith Scott on weekly personal training for over a year. The weekly workouts provide an “extreme challenge” and compliment my solo workouts and other fitness activities. I recently participated in their three week boot camp program and found this hour-long group session to be one of the most challenging workouts that I have experienced. BREAKTHRU has provided all of the resources and motivation that I need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

BREAKTHRU Physical Therapy & Fitness has been and continues to be a very important part of my life not only therapeutically but also psychologically. Being a heart patient, I was very reluctant to participate in a fitness program. Through the encouragement of my primary physician and cardiologist to join a gym, I chose to become a member of BREAKTHRU Physical Therapy and Fitness (slightly over three years ago). Focused on my particular needs and goals, BREAKTHRU professionals structured a physical fitness program which I follow with a high level of dedication. The ongoing monitoring and evaluating of my physical progress have proven my workout routines to be extremely effective and successful. My last visit to my cardiologist positively confirmed that joining BREAKTHRU was the appropriate decision. MY BREAKTHRU Moment came when i realized that my cholesterol levels, blood pressure and weight were all outstanding. My cardiologist said “whatever that gym is doing, tell them to keep it up!” “Your numbers are fantastic!” 


BREAKTHRU has instilled confidence in myself to continue to expand my physical fitness program. Working with Lance and his team, you not only have skilled professionals, but also caring partners in fulfilling your health goals.

I highly recommend BREAKTHRU to anybody who desires to get their body in top physical and mental condition.
